The Illawarra Business College offers a number of commercial cookery courses ranging from Certificate III through to Certificate IV including courses for cookery.
Note that some courses are only available to Domestic students.
All training for our hospitality courses is conducted at our own training restaurant at 44 Raymond Street Bankstown.
